Tournament Director´s Speech
Dear Tennis Fans,
After one year we meet again at the Empire Trnava Cup tournament. It is my pleasure to welcome all of the fans to this event which is the pinnacle of the competitive season for tennis players in Slovakia. The ITF Tournament festival on the courts of TC Empire has increasingly gained the attention of a high number of spectators, sponsors and media during last three years. I believe that the fourth year of the tournament will add new success to the history of this international event. The atmosphere of the tournament in the oldest free royal town in Slovakia will be enhanced by another exceptional event this year, at the turn of July and August 2012 the World will enjoy the 30th Olympic Games in London.
Tournament final
The tournament finished with final match on Sunday at 11.00 on the centre court. Anastasija Sevastova is the champion of the EMPIRE Trnava Cup 2012. The final match wasn't played because of Savic injury.

Tournament program
Tournament kicks off on Sunday 29th of July at 10.00 by the first round of qualification. Qualification will culminate on the second day, when we learn four advancing players to the main competition. The main competition will start on Tuesday 31st of July at 11.00 by singles as well as complete first round of doubles.

Last year's tournament
The most important tournament for women players in Slovakia last year met all expectations of experts and the audience. The doubled prize fund compared with the second year attracted more quality competition in Trnava. Organizers of the TC Empire welcomed the women players from twenty countries around the world. On the list of participating athletes we could find for the first time sportswomen from Australia, Japan and USA. Both finals matches ended with a triumph of experience over youth.
